This no-bake cheesecake recipe perfect for summer and an improvised dessert. Made of Oreo and a few more ingredients and no oven. No-bake Oreo Cheesecake has its own charm and you need not think much about preparation and time for baking.

 This no-bake Oreo cream cheese cake's silky texture makes you craze. In this cake whipped cream used to give stability to the cheese to holds the shape, you need plenty of time to set the cheese so it is the best idea to fridge it over the night. You can make this recipe with digestive biscuits also.

 300g (1pack) Oreo cookies (or you can take 250g
digestive biscuits).
1/3 cup (115g) butter, melted
1 jar (400g) Nutella at room temperature
100 grams chopped walnut
500 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
60 grams of icing sugar
1 1/4 cups heavy whipped cream divided

For decoration:

Whipped cream
2/3 (110g) cup chocolate shaving


To make the crust; crush the biscuits into the bowl of the processor and add butter, 15ml Nutella and walnuts, make a mixture, and spread mixture into a pie pan.

Refrigerate crust while making the filling.

Mix remaining Nutella, cream cheese, and icing sugar mix until combined, now add 1 cup whipped cream whisk 2-3 minutes until thickened and fluffy and don't stop to get a stiff peak, spread mixture over the crust.

For decoration spread remaining whipped cream and chocolate shaving and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
