Melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan until it gets an amber color and allows it cool. Line the baking sheet with the parchment paper, Drop the 15 Nutella scoops on the baking sheet and freeze for about 60 minutes is an important step as it will keep the Nutella gooey.

Add in flour and chocolate chips and combine well, put the dough in the freezer for 20 minutes meanwhile preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Using a tablespoon, take 2 table spoons of dough to form a ball, press in the dough and place the frozen Nutella scoop into the dough ball and wrap the dough, encasing it in the dough and form a ball, make the batches of the cookies if you are making more than 12-15 at a time. Now place 2-inch apart the cookie dough ball onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes until edges turn golden in color but make sure not more than that the more you bake, the less gooey they will be. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve them fresh so that they still gooey and warm, you can store them for 3-4 days and microwave them to make them gooey inside.
