Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter, unsalted
3/4 cup bittersweet chocolate
2 eggs
2 egg yolk
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar 
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 pinch salt

Ingredients:


 Spray 4 ramekin with nonstick cooking spray and dust with cocoa powder or you can use muffin pan, if using yield will be 6 cakes, preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.


Chop the chocolate coarsely, heat the butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for 10 seconds increment stirring after each to get it smooth. Whisk the flour, sugar, salt together in a bowl put aside. Beat the eggs, and egg yolks to combine well and pour the flour mixture into the egg mixture, mix to combine. Now add into the chocolate mixture, using a rubber spatula, and combine well to mix everything so that no lumps remain.


Spoon the batter in the ramekins or muffin pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until sides become firm and tops remain soft, if using muffin pan bake only 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow it cool for 1 minute then invert into a plate and turn them over, if using muffin pan using a spoon to invert the cakes. Use an oven mitt to get it done well. Add the toppings and serve immediately.
