Peanut Butter Mug Cake

Ingredients:
1 ½ tbs oil
2 tbs flour
2 tbs milk
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp peanut butter
Ingredients:
In a large mug add the oil, egg yolk, peanut butter, sugar and whisk until smooth.
Swift the baking powder, flour, and if you are making chocolate peanut butter cake then 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder too.
Whisk the dry ingredients to wet ingredients and combine well, stir in milk, and 1 tablespoon of the chocolate chip if used.
Microwave for 1 ½ minute or until the top of the cake is raised and looks set, let the cake 2 minutes cool, garnish with a dollop of vanilla ice cream a or drizzle of chocolate sauce or peanut butter.
